These industries combine the challenges of harsh environments, extremely high load capacities and the need to operate where downtime is not an option. These are bearing intensive operations whether it be for a bucket wheel, tunnel borer, vibrating screen, conveyor bearings or transmission bearings for off road dump trucks.

We recommend split spherical or cylindrical roller bearings which cut down on maintenance costs and dramatically reduce downtime. These are especially effective in difficult to access locations. For articulation/swivel joints we now recommend a combination of a high load capacity four-point bearing used with a maintenance free spherical plain bearing.
